HOW TO REPORT A CLAIM?
Follow 3 steps to claim:
STEP 1
In case of an emergency call 24/7 Emergency Assistance Center as soon as possible. Failure to do that can decrease your insurance benefit.
STEP 2
Report your claim within 30 days by completing a claim form
STEP 3
Send all original bills within 90 days from the day of emergency (don’t forget to make your own copies).
